U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ballantyne at 13401 Lancaster Highway, Pineville, North Carolina.

Horrible with the move out process. Have been moved out for almost 2 months and I'm still being billed for a unit that was turned in and marked as moved out in their own system. I have visited the Pineville location on Lancaster hwy 4 times to resolve the issue, and still to no avail. The manager never seems to be around nor does she answer the phone number on the business card given to me by her employees. Will was the only person willing to help. NO ONE else was willing to help or attempt to help.

Horrible way to get repeat business from clients.
