Sarku Japan at 11025 Carolina Place Parkway, Pineville, North Carolina.

First and last time at this particular Sarku. I order my food, and the tray breaks and some of my food falls out. The chef says the meat is fine just pick it up off the counter, and then proceeds to ignore me. When the ladies at the register notice something is wrong and ask him what I wanted he tells them he doesn't know what i want. I explain to them and they tell him to just fix me another plate. The two ladies apologize and offer to have my food remade....AWESOME!!!! and then the chef proceeds toput half raw shrimp on my plate and throw the food at me. I returned to the register and got my money back, walked next door and got Chinese.... FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE!!!
