IHOP at 9940 Pineville-Matthews Road, Pineville, North Carolina.

I recently visited Ihop this Saturday and I received the worst service ever. My waiter which he never introduced himself wasn't presentable his nails were dirty underneath and long and not clean. He gave me my food with his fingernails touching my omelette which were extremely spongy by the way. It wasn't clean in the store and no one was friendly this is a reason as to why I don't tip certain people. I will never visit this location ever again I hope I can't get my cash back for horrible food and service but that's not gonna happen.
